Today Barbara is describing Jacob’s life as a husband and shepherd for his Uncle Laban’s flocks. GOD is working in Jacob’s life and he’s beginning to understand the plan for his life, by enduring 20 years under Laban’s cheating, and having 11 children by Leah and Rachel. GOD is maturing him and preparing him for the journey back to Canaan, where GOD promises to prosper him.
