Today Barbara reads JOB 40-41 and talks about the pride that disrupts most intimacy between GOD and man…it’s a world of knowledge and because of that, man thinks he’s got the dibs on “smartness.” But GOD has an idea of freeing man from pride and that’s humility. Most of JOB is given to GOD correcting JOB, and then asking JOB to pray for his “friends.” JOB is a great learning experience. Not Good Comparing Yourself With Yourself

Today Barbara is talking about how JESUS experienced every emotion and circumstance that we go through…He experienced everything we go through – Hebrews 4:14-15. We should not look for approval from others, because most people “compare themselves with themselves” (II Corinthians 10:12). When your comparisons are within your cliche or family or employment or even church, you’re going to be frantic in your eagerness to be like them. It is JESUS that we follow, and Holy Spirit teaches us all things.
