Barbara brings out the truth of II Timothy 1:7, not giving in to a spirit of fear, but of Power and Love and a Sound Mind, through reading the account of Nehemiah and 42,000 people building up Jerusalem and the Temple again. There is much opposition and threats but they keep building.
