Today, Barbara and Kimberly, are discussing the “why” of blood in the Covenants of GOD. In the Old Testament, it was the blood of animals, and GOD killing an animal to cover Adam and Eve….the beginning of the blood covenant. JESUS’ Blood became the symbol of the New Covenant – His Body and His Blood. That’s the theme of Communion that is taken across the U.S. – “the Body and the Blood”.
