Not Good Comparing Yourself With Yourself

Today Barbara is talking about how JESUS experienced every emotion and circumstance that we go through…He experienced everything we go through – Hebrews 4:14-15. We should not look for approval from others, because most people “compare themselves with themselves” (II Corinthians 10:12). When your comparisons are within your cliche or family or employment or even church, you’re going to be frantic in your eagerness to be like them. It is JESUS that we follow, and Holy Spirit teaches us all things. Captain JESUS Is In Charge At Team Courageous!

Barbara is introducing what Holy Spirit gave her in the early morning hours…becoming a member of Team Courageous. The means that, as a member you confront doubt, fear and unbelief, especially self-doubt, you pray for others with needs on the spot, you come alongside, thinking of others instead of you own situation – “What you think of me is none of my business” kind of attention to your brothers and sisters.
